Day 7 & 8

On Tuesday we headed over to American Village to show Melanie what the Japanese people think America is. It's similar to a small mall with a nice big food court with tons of Japanese food and a McDonalds. We let the kids play in the balls for about half and hour than we headed over for a bite to eat.

We ordered happy meals for the kids and I ordered Melanie Yaki Soba, Okinawa Soba, and a vegetable soup which name I can't recall. Maybe it's because I just pointed to a number 5. Yeah, let's go with that.... the number 5 was okay, but we had way TOO MUCH food so it got to come home and sit in the fridge for a week before I tossed it this morning. Oops!

Anyway, when Carter came home from school we headed down to the seawall to play with Grandma. Grandma was a little worried about the kids running by the water, but tried to enjoy the moment. We even got her to climb up on one of the concrete typhoon barriers.

These things really are huge.

Carter and the babies taking a quick break to say cheese for Grandma. They love to run and play down here.

Carter and Taylor running to catch up to us. Taylor is Carter's little shadow right now. It's really cute to see them together.

Mommy caught her little ones and held them just long enough for this fun photo before hey dashed off again.
